If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase it can be returned to us.
To begin the return process you must e-mail us at CustomerSupport@Eleven-E.com
*Merchandise MUST be returned within 7 business days of the delivery date to receive a refund.
*Merchandise MUST be UNSOILED, UNUSED, UNWASHED.
*Merchandise MUST be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
* Orders that use a promotional code given out by our newsletter emailing services or through our social media’s are considered to be sale items since it is using a code for a discounted price. These orders and items purchased are non-refundable. We will not issue a refund for those items.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at CustomerSupport@Eleven-E.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Once received there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When returning an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
Most orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST on Fridays and over the weekend will be processed 2-5 business days from the following business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Please be advised that during the holiday seasons shipping delays may occur.
We will always email you an order confirmation with tracking information. Buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If a package gets returned to us due to an incorrect address the buyer must pay a new shipping fee in order for the order to be sent out a second time.
